You will be responsible for delivering specific technical learning solutions, building technical learning pathways and establishing an internal trainer’s network within Saab.

- Develop relevant and up-to-date course content and internal training courses in line with the ongoing needs of the business and configure these as online and self-paced where possible
Flexible work arrangements such as hybrid work from home / office and 9 day fortnight will be considered for this role.
